  • 【Abstract】 In the history, Human being concept is always the focus of the people and scholars worldwide. In the childhood period of human being, although man has been in a theological and religious ignorance, we are still able to find the glittery viewpoint about "Human Being", such as Protagoras at Ancient Greek Period, who has a Well-known Saying "Human being is the criterion of the world, which is the scale of existence and also the scale of inexistence". Along with the development of productive forces and the improvement of cognitive ability, human being gradually has being gotten rid of the rule of god, also has being found and set their own position together with value. But in the capitalist mode of production, the power of capital has strengthened the control of social life and even has penetrated into every corner of human life, human being lost themselves again. A lot of philosophers have discovered this and has taken great effort to criticize this, especially Max and Engle who have made great achievement on this. Their philosophy based the theory on the "realistic human being", which means human being is the sum of all social relations; finally "human-oriented" ideology was based on the reality. On the one hand, Marxist Philosophy does not discuss human being abstractly any more; it claims that social revolution and social practice were the means and the only means of the all-round and free development of human beings, more than emphasizing the core value and principle of human-oriented ideology, it also adheres to following the rule and law of development. Therefore, human-oriented ideology of Marxist philosophy has reflected the unification of value principle and practice principle and the unification of purposiveness and law-conformability.In addition, "human being" concept is one about relations. In order to understand this concept better and deeper, it\'s critical to study on the relations between human being and nature, human being and society together with individual relationships, which is part of this ***. To really realize "human-oriented" ideology, it is necessary to achieve the harmonious and continuous development of nature and society; also it\'s necessary to respect personal values, personal abilities, personal needs, and personality, which will help achieving all-round and free development of each individual.With the reform and opening up of China, remarkable development has been achieved. But meanwhile, a lot of problems and conflicts between human being and nature and society together with the individual relations have been generated. With the knowledge of these conflicts, our government headed by President Hu has put forward the scientific development view, which means "human oriented and adhere to comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development", that has important practical significance to our society and people.

    【中文摘要】古往今来,“人”总是世界人民和各国学者关注的焦点。在人类童年时期,固然人类一直处于神学和宗教的蒙昧之中,人是神的奴役,但是与此同时,我们还是可以不断地看到关于“人”的闪光点,如早在古希腊时期的普罗泰戈拉就提出“人是万物的标准,是存在的事物存在的标准,也是不存在的事物不存在的标准”的哲学主张。随着生产力的发展和人类熟悉能力的不断进步,人类渐渐摆脱了神的统治,确定了自身的地位和价值。但是在资本主义生产方式下,资本逐渐加强了对社会生活的控制,甚至渗透到了人类生活的每一个角落里,人类再次迷失了自我。很多哲学家都看到了这一人类受到的压迫和奴役,其中尤以马克思、恩格斯为典型代表。其马克思主义哲学以“现实的人”为出发点,主张“人是一切社会关系的总和”,“以人为本”终极找到了其现实的基础。一方面,它不再抽象地谈论人的价值、尊严和个性,而主张通过社会革命和社会实践等实践活动来实现人的自由而全面的发展。另一方面,在坚持以人为本这一核心价值以外,它也主张必须遵循社会历史发展的规律,不脱离社会历史条件和社会发展的阶段而单单夸大以人为本思想,因此在马克思主义哲学那里,以人为本思想实现了价值原则和实践原则的同一,实现了合目的性和合规律性的同一。此外,“人”是关系范畴,因此本文也从人与自然、人与社会以及人与人之间的关系来更好地理解“人”这一概念。要真正实现“以人为本”,就要实现人与自然的***同一,要实现人与社会的共同发展,同时我们也要尊重个人的价值、个人能力、个人需要、个人价值和个性意识等,实现每个人的全面自由的发展。改革开放以来,我国的经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,不仅是人们的温饱题目得以解决,而且也进进全面建设小康社会、推进社会主义现代化建设的发展阶段。但是,与此同时,我们也在人与自然、人与社会以及人与人等诸关系方面付出了不少的代价。在这种情况下,以***同道为首的党中心与时共进,提出了“以人为本”的科学发展观,即“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”,并以此作为我国新世纪社会主义建设的基本原则和指导思想,这具有重要的现实意义。');
