  • 【Abstract】 The construction of our teaching resources has being conducted since electric teaching was introduced to China in 1980. In 1999, Education Department drafted“the National Long-range Education Resource Construction Program”and drew up“the Modern Long-range Education Technique Engineering and Education Resource Construction Technical Specification”. It caused the upsurge of education teaching resource construction and research. Up to the present, the resource construction has good development, but also many problems exist. In the education resources that have aim and characteristic, the special feature education resource that is related to the New Lesson Standard is our contraction direction. In the new lesson standard, the native resource development is emphasized. So many local education resources have entered the stage of development and application. Such as some local scenery, interests and related technique production. It is valuable to develop these resources, and it can enrich and perfect local education resources. It can make a contribution to new lesson standard. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a path to develop digital local education resources and find the way to apply the digital education resource to teaching.The experiment researches of digital development and application, the Sculpture Carvings of Anyue were conducted by me during Sept, 2005-July, 2006. In the research, I had the teaching design theory and learning theory and theories of lesson as the guide, adopted various information technique means to develop the digital teaching resource. I used many methods to gather the related materials of "Anyue Sculpture Carvings", such as gathering information by computer and *** on-the-spot observation. And according to the materials, developed many kinds of digital resources such as picture, video, text, courseware, teaching example and teaching design, and so on. In addition, I developed the application platform: the subject web and CD of sculpture carving of Anyue. And I adopted education questionnaire research and observation to carry on the inquisition, had data analysis, and drew the conclusion.The research has filled the blank of the research field in local education resource development, added to education resources that only aimed at teaching books, perfected the who education resource database, and we have a available development path after the research. We obey the principle of“Serve the Teaching”and we have teaching theory as the guide. We carefully elected the contents, improved quality and added quantity; we chose the *** and viable development path. We don’t emphasize construction while look down upon application. We have various teaching activities in the research. In application, we obey the principle“Teaching is the first, Resource is the second.”
